Service Times at New Hope FWB Church

Are you a new Christian looking to plug into a well-grounded Christian fellowship, or are you wrestling with questions about God for the first time? Look no further than New Hope.

Perhaps you're longing for a Bible-based church to raise your family in, much like the one you knew when you were young. Where you know all the faces and you know the songs you'll be singing... a lot of them are ones your grandparents may have sung themselves. There's something to be said for a small church, and there's something to be said for family...

Pastor Brent Nix, Clay and JoanYour neighbor who just has a knack for fixing anything, and never asks for a dime in return. The grandma and grandpa across the street whose children have long since left home, but their home is always open for you. Your best friend who's always willing to talk, no matter what the hour... that's the community you want, and that's the family you'll find at New Hope. Our congregation currently numbers less than 100, so hopefully you won't feel lost in the crowd. Maybe just a little cramped in the pew!

Our main schedule of services are:
Sunday 9am - 12pm
  Discipleship Class
(In-depth topical studies)
9:00 am
  Sunday School
(Bible classes for all ages)
10:00 am
  Worship & Preaching
(Nursery & Children's Church)
11:00 am
Wednesday 7pm - 8pm
  Family Services for all ages
2nd Saturday of the Month
  Men's Breakfast

We also enjoy the fellowship of friends and family over potlucks, teen activities, Easter Egg Hunts, fall festivals, movie nights, and retreats. There's always something going on for you and your family, so stop on by! There's no dress code, and you'll never be judged for what you've done or where you're at in life. We'll welcome you with open arms, and maybe if you're lucky, some real Southern Sweet Tea, too!

Because we have all sinned in one way or another, we are separated from God. None of us is good enough to get to heaven on his or her own merit... but God wasn't content to leave us lost and separated.

He sent His Son, Jesus, to bear our sins, die on the cross, and reconcile us to himself. You don't need to come to church to be saved - the theif on the cross next to Christ proved that. But it sure does help... if you never showed up to a practice, but told everyone you were a Seahawk, it'd be hard to convice somebody. So let us help you in your Christian walk, or to take your first steps to the altar. When you do, you'll be blessed with solid biblical teaching, close friends and a whole new definition of friendship.

You will also find opportunities and ministries for the whole family and all ages... so come on down. It's like those ads for Applebee's say, "When you're here, you're Family!"
